October Minute Challenge!!!

Set a goal for how many minutes you want to run/workout this month. You can include strengthening/yoga/cross training in this total. Your challenge is to meet or exceed this goal.

2. Choose one of the following goals to reach this month:

250 
500 
750 
1000 
1250 
1500 
1750 
2000

3. Accumulate minutes such as: 30/250.

4. Post everytime you work out.  Edit your original post to add each workout. That way we can keep them all together! :)

 With my injury this month I am now hoping for 1000! LOL

10/1- Pump and Burn. 35/2000

10/1- 4.1 mile run. 40 minutes. 75/2000

10/2- 4.5 mile run. 45 minutes. 120/2000

10/2- Hardcore Abs. 15 minutes. 135/2000

10/3- 3 miles and cool down. 35 minutes. 170/2000

10/3- Flow. 20 minutes. 190/2000

10/6- Pump and Burn. 35 minutes. 225/2000

10/6- Hard Core Abs. 15 minutes. 240/2000

10/15- Pump and Burn. 35 minutes. 275/2000

10/15- 2.3 mile run. 21 minutes. 296/1000

10/16- 3 mile run. 31 minutes. 327/1000

10/16- Hard core abs. 15 minutes. 342/1000

10/16- Flow. 20 minutes. 362/1000

10/17- 4 mile run + cool down. 45 minutes. 407/1000

10/17- Pump and Burn. 35 minutes. 442/1000

10/18- 3.81 mile run. 36 minutes. 478/1000

10/20- 6 mile run. 60 mintutes. 538/1000

10/22- Pump and burn. 35 minutes. 573/1000

10/22- 3 mile run. 27 minutes. 600/1000

10/23- Hardcore abs. 15 minutes. 615/1000

10-23- 4 mile run and cool down, 45 minutes. 660/1000

10/24- Pump and Burn. 34 minutes. 694/1000

I'm going from 250 to 750!! I must be insane. I'm still going to count any extended activity though.

10/1 - 15 mins running 30 mins walking     45/750

10/2 - 30 mins eliptical

10/3 - 15 mins walking and 30 mins riding total  90/750

10/5 - 30 mins riding/cleaning stalls             total 120/750

10/09 - 30 mins walking

10/10 - 30 mins walking and 70 mins riding     total 250/750

10/15 - 30 mins walking

10/16 - 30 min walking

10/17 - 45 run/walk                   total 355/750

10/23 - 20 min run/walk            total 375/750

10/25 - 30 min run, 60 min riding    total 465/750

I'm saying 250 but going to Disney world at the end of the month so I'll be walking a lot.

I have the before, but I didn't take 30 day and 60 day. I'm going to do another round after Brazil Butt Lift or with it and take the pics so I can get my shirt!

 I took before pics! You have to do 60 and 90 days too to get a shirt. Good to know! Thanks!

I'll shoot for 1500 since I'm one month from the race. I've been tracking on MFP so hopefully I remember to update here too.


10/1 95minutes total today yoga, and run.
10/2 30 min run
10/3 60 min yoga and run
10/4 30 min yoga
