I *think* I'm addicted to bread and bread products.
I don't know if it's because I'm southern, or just a natural bread lover...but I've noticed it's bad.
Toast, wraps, sandwiches, breadsticks, pizza crust, etc.
Everyday. I eat bread everyday. Most of the time, I try to eat whole wheat or honey wheat but sometimes I can't.
What can I do to help this?
