I highly support any foundation for the fight against breast cancer. My grandma and 2 aunts serviced there battle. 1 aunt got it on both sides. Bless her heart. So when the 3 of them would go out they had atleast a set of breast between the 3. Lol they took it well and gave me courage for any thing that comes my way. Because if they can survive breast cancer and not let it bring them down then I can get through anything.

I took advantage of the FREE program for woman (in California) called "Every Woman Counts", and got my very first mammogram. It wasn't painful, just a little uncomfortable, I recommend any woman living in the state of California without health insurance, check this program out.

I lost my mother to cancer. I was only 17. I pray every day I'm not the next one in my family. I love every minute of everyday.

My grandma just died in July from breast cancer. I have an aunt who survived it and my great-grandma survived it but has since passed from other reasons. This is 3 generations of the same family. The hat is one I made for my grandma for Christmas last year.
