Healthy Moms Healthy Moms
I'm addicted to m.dew! But I can not drink coffee unless its decade. Try to get as much sleep as I can with 3 children. Maneuver I don't eat enough of the right foods? I don't use vitamins. I eat meat and veges all the time. I have my moments of bursts of energy and that's when I take full advantage and clean. Maneuver I need to excersise? Any help or suggestions or ideas would really help me. Thanks

When it comes to energy there are several things that can (and do) affect it.   Sleep is obviously a big one but often overlooked are the impacts of how much water you drink and exercise.    If you are drinking enough water, gettting enough sleep, & eating well then it could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency.   Super B complex really helps me with my energy levels.... but ONLY if I'm doing other things right too (water, sleep, etc...)
