I've been using raw brown sugar for the few times I use sugar. I've been hearing more and more about how much healthier Stevia is than sugar so I bought some today. It had like a savory followed by weird sweet taste in my tea. Also, i need to use 1/32t per serving. How does one measure this?
What does everyone prefer?

I use raw sugar, it's good.  I prefer the taste of raw sugar to anything else.

I don't care for the taste of stevia myself, either. They're coming out with a lot of studies of the harms sugar causes. We really don't eat a lot of it. Brown is a great choice. Less processing. I'm not skipping a birthday cake, though.

Thank you to everyone. I haven't taken to the taste much but if it's better than raw sugar then I will just have to get used to it

I use stevia in my tea but sugar in baking.
