Last night, we had soccer practice. We had plans for supper afterwards but those fell thru at the last minute.
That gave me 3 hours to plan something.
I threw some chicken breasts I had bought earlier in the crockpot. Cut up the rest of the potatoes we had up. About 5. Dumped a bottle of Italian dressing in there. Done!
It was delicious. We had a mixed salad to go with it. Even my 6 year old who refuses to eat potatoes that aren't fried got 2nds.
Is it healthy? No. Lol
Is it easy, can be fixed in 3 hours, and REALLY delicious? Yes!!!!
