KitchenAide tips and tricks?

Anyone else have a KitchenAide stand mixer? Mine's green, what color is yours? I love mine to pieces.  Here are some tips and tricks for its use.

No, I can't justify buying one. I don't use my cheap one much.

I got mine at an appliance repair shop.  It was actually brand new in the box, but I only paid about 150.00 for it and that model usually sells for almost 400.00, so I was so happy.  You can use it for so many more things than you think, like making bread, plus you can buy all sorts of attachments from meat grinders to ice cream makers.

Mine is clear....as in invisible or imaginary. I don't have one. LOL

Mine is red.  I don't have any attachments for it.  I would love to get the pasta attachment for it.

I wanted a KitchenAid.  However when we were going to buy one (like in 2006) the 5 quart ones were almost $500 and my hubby was like "uhh-un" LOL!  So i got a HamiltonBeech (beach?) stand mixer for like half the price. Mine is red.

1 is back and 1 is white. I use the black one more. Love. Love love it use it almost every time I cook

I coudn't survive without mine especially he dough hook.  I use it almost every day.
