I like to cook crockpot chicken, but I always have some leftover. I like to put it in a pasta dish the following day. I have also used it and the broth to make chicken and dumplings. What do you like to do with your leftover chicken?

I like to use it for a salad, pot pie, hot chicken salad, sandwhiches and we put it in pasta sauce

I always cook my chicken in the crock pot then shread it. Take out what I need for that meal and then divide the others and freeze for other meals. I usually get four meals out of it.

I never really thought about freezing it, but that's a great idea!

I understand..lol. I hardly ever have any leftovers, either. If I do, it's just enough for his lunch the next day usually. When I cook a whole chicken in the crockpot, though, there's no way he can eat all that by himself. He tries, bless his heart..lol.

More than often any leftovers get eat for lunch the next day. Bit sometimes I will do chicken salad, tacos, wraps, pita style chicken pizza.
