This morning, I woke up started to stretch and realized that I needed to replenish my system with water. It's so important that we hydrate ourselves and stretch our muscles, when waking up. Get your daily dose of vitamins and eat something small like granola and/or yogurt if you are going to work out. Give yourself at least an hour to digest before heading to class, run, or the gym.
