I'll have some kashi cereal, egg whites with spinach and tomato or smoothies :)

sometimes egg whites w/cheese and hot sauce (hot sauce is supposed to be an appetite suppressant or something like that!), toast, or a granola bar and milk. IF i have time!

Usually I have eggs with sausage or some fruit with peanut butter and sometimes toast.  With coffee of course!

As I mentioned in another post I have a really hard time eating breakfast, it makes me really sick and often I will puke or feel like I need to. (No Im not preggy) It has always been like this and I have been trying. I do more of a brunch thing.

I like coffee yogurt for breakfast. My doctor recommends Greek yogurt.

I am rarely hungry at breakfast time, but by about 10 I am ready to eat a meal.

Lately I'm into hash browns. Just shred a potato and cook in a pan. It's good with eggs.
