Now that it is cold, I am turned off by salads :(

I just don't feel like eating salads when it is cold. Salads are good for us, though, Suggestions?

Great way to get vegetables, but aren't we also supposed to eat raw veggies?

I don't like salads in winter, either. When it's cold out, I eat a lot of vegetable soups. I still get my veggies in that way.

I haven't heard that raw veggies are specifically better than cooked, as long as you're not cooking them using a high-fat method or boiling them so much that they lose their nutrients. I would say, as long as you're getting the recommended number of servings of veggies and fruit every day, not to worry so much about whether they're raw. If you really want to make sure to eat raw veggies, then throw in a salad every once in a while.

I do sauteed onions and bell peppers with some grilled chicken. It's delicious :)

Try adding meat and a warm dressing, like hot bacon.
