I know so many people with gluten intolerance...it's weird!

My theory is all the processed food that alters food and increases the allergen levels.  I believe my corn allergy was cause by eating almost 20 years of corn syrup/ HFCS food without thinking about it.

Thanks for posting that. I have had issues with Gerd and nothing seems to help. It might be worth bringing up to the doctor to see what he thinks. Thanks :)

Since giving up wheat I haven't had heartburn once,,, :o)
