This was awesome!! I love the seasoning and spices. We've done a lot of pork, chicken and beef lately, so the seafood was a nice change of pace. This is a pretty healthy meal. There of course is the issue of sodium with chicken broth, but aside from that... healthy and low fat! It was delicious. I served it over white rice to go with more of a solid meal. There was not enough broth in there for 5 people to eat it as a soup/stew. I'd add more if that is what you'd like to do. But it was awesome! I loved this one. I totally had seconds.
