I try to drink it everyday. I think it helps keep me regular and helps my stomach with my medications. Great post!

I love aloe vera juice. I don't drink it much - although i keep saying i'm going to start.

Aloe Vera is also great for colicky babies.. A few drops to 1 teaspoon per water bottle, also wonderful for indigestion

I've only had maybe a sip of it before. It's not bad and I wouldn't mind incorporating it into my day.

My Dh was drinking it daily to help with his indigestion but he stopped for some reason
