I have to do abs and flow today. THat is on my schedule. I also want to get a few miles in.
I will either at lunch or after work.
Spin class and some abs but my favorite thing i did today was balance each hand and feet on four medicine balls (basket ball looking) as a plank... That was AWESOME!!!!
Gym this morning... an hour of treadmill, stretching and balance board. Arg... the plank!

Got in 3 miles on my lunch break. Now all I have to do is abs and yoga tonight at home. The kids just may be able to talk me into going to the track though for a couple more miles tonight. ;)
