I went REALLY late last night and worked out at the gym so I'm taking the day off and chilling.
I have to do abs and flow today. THat is on my schedule. I also want to get a few miles in.
I will either at lunch or after work.
Gym this morning... an hour of treadmill, stretching and balance board. Arg... the plank!
Got in 3 miles on my lunch break. Now all I have to do is abs and yoga tonight at home. The kids just may be able to talk me into going to the track though for a couple more miles tonight. ;)
I love planks - but I'm totally impressed with this!! Awesome job!
