What is everyone up to today?
3 miles at lunch and then Body Pump later!
I tried to work out this morning and couldn't get past my warm-up, which is only 12 minutes. I did like 7 minutes and had enough.
Brazil Butt Lift
Bum Bum and Tummy Tuck
I did strength training yesterday, weighted squats, overhead press, assisted chin ups
Thursday I ran 5 miles and did a 45 minute strength workout/class.
