What is everyone doing today?
My exercise is going to be putting some bunk beds together again.
I went to the gym and did some cardio on an arc trainer then did some strength training (overhead press, chest press, assisted chin ups, etc)
I took a yoga class at my gym this morning.
I did pump and shred and a 3 mile run.
i missed mine today :( so sad but not feeling well, i think allergies
4.6 mile run
