Hibernation is normal at this time of year.

It helps to get out into the daylight for an hour or so a day... resets your body clock and lifts your energy.

I live in Texas, so I really haven't had to hibernate.  It's been sunny and mild here.  I just need to get moving, I guess.

Yup, that's probably it.

It's why asking a busy person to do something is so often more successful than asking someone who has lots of time: a moving body tends to stay in motion, a body at rest tends to stay at rest.
