How long do you eat your leftovers for? From your Thanksgiving dinner?

When I create a Menu I usually dedicate one day for leftovers. I almost always make enough for us to have leftovers, just so I can take some to work with me. So for lunch the next day, and maybe one day out of the week. I try to remember to freeze stuff, but I usually don't. I feel bad when I have to throw food away. One of these days I will get better about it.
