It has been a while since I had worked out, But, last night I said to myself NO MORE excuses! I set my alarm for 5:30 am. This morning my alarm went off and I soo wanted to set it for another 30 minutes but i actually got up and ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes! YAY me! hope everyone enjoyed your workout! :)

I got 3 miles in at lunch. Was hoping for more but met some friends who are a bit slower. So nice to have company today.
