I agree.  I believe that positive self-talk is an important component to getting healthy.

I think if the person who is overweight did that then it's fine. If someone else did it then it's not okay.


Some people those words actually help. It wouldn't help me though.  

I think it would be more positive to say something like "think twice. " and have a picture of what they want to look like on the fridge instead of these words.

Negativity isn't the best way to get anything accomplished, in my opinion.
