Kale is a true super food. Bananas and peanut butter make my list too.

We love kale.  And we keep a steady supply of bananas on hand too.

I don't like raw fish, but the rest sounds yummy.  Don't know how long I could keep up a raw food eating plan though.

Me either.  I do try and eat as much living foods as i can, when i can.
