The first way I learned to cook eggs was to scramble them in a coffee cup in the microwave. I've taught all 3 of my kids how to do it as well.
Me too. I find the cup so much easier to clean if I coat it with a thin coat of oilve oil. That stuck on egg can be murder to get off the cup.

I agree with you Jen. I know plenty of people who do it, but I'd rather just use a pan!

Good idea! I always have to soak them forever to get the egg off.

I've never made them in a coffee cup but I made microwave scrambled eggs quite a bit in my younger years.
