Had 1/2 serving of fiber one cereal before workout...Now going to have one piece Whole wheat toast w/pb, 1/2 grapefruit, green tea w/ acai and blueberry

Sausage balls. They were screaming my name as I walked into the kitchen! I'm doing some deep cleaning so I ate those while I worked!
