Tip: Avoid "Disaster" Salads

               Avoid "Disaster" Salads

Be careful not to turn your salad into a high-fat disaster. Pass on creamy dressings and opt for olive oil and vinegar, choose sunflower seeds for crunch instead of croutons, and limit portions of cheese and avocado.

I will watch out, thanks for the advice because most of us in Africa are not bothered about eating healthy but trying not to starve

Good tip!

If I have a salad it's mostly veggies and then I added sunflower seeds and soy nuts.  My dressing is usually an italian dressing, I do miss the ceasar dressing!
