Go ice skating 4 times this week. Do resistance training 2-3 times. Meet with a trainer to work on form and set realistic goals for myself and husband. Working on increasing my fruits and veggies. Lessen my processed grains.
I had a great week! 22 miles total and followed Body Pump as well!
This week I want to continue my running/walking streak of at least 2 miles a day. (13 days in!!!) and hit 25 miles this week. I will continue with BP and watch my food as well!
I'm sick of being fat its time to change!!!
I walked 5 miles today I want to keep it up each day or every other day, drink atleast 80 oz of water daily, watch what I eat.
