What is everyone eating today?

For breakfast I had 2 eggs and 3 pieces of turkey bacon.

For lunch I have a spinich and turkey wrap, snack factory flat pretzels, and an orange.

For snacks I have a banana, piece of cheese and a yogurt if I need it.

I am going to my sisters tonight and we are having pototoes, roast and veggies.

Greek yogurt for breakfast. A protein bar or shake for lunch. A yogurt snack. Borscht and bread for dinner with a glass of red wine.

I like that it has twice the protein as most yogurt. When I get enough protein I don't feel as hungry throughout the day. It's also good.

Bagel thin with pb and apple slices for breakfast. May have potato soup for dinner if hubby is still sick.

for breakfast i had a chocolate shakeology 

lunch - i'm about to heat up some left overs from last night (beef stew)

dinner - tomato basil chicken - already in the crock pot :-)  All paleo and gluten free!
