I know a combination of different things is good but...

What is your workout preference?  

Do you enjoy things that are slow paced and relaxing?

Do you prefer to keep moving with aerobics?

Do you like weight training the best?

I really enjoy cardio, step aerobics or dancing.  I like to keep moving.  But I really love feeling strong after weights.

But out of everything aerobics is my favorite

Faster paced cardio.  My preference is bike riding outside with Aerobic DVD's being my next choice.

I prefer more cardio workouts and workouts where you are moving.  I mix it up though with yoga because yoga is great for your core and flexibility and strengthening.

i like the combination of fast paced cardio and strength training. As long as there is good music, I'm pretty happy!

I like the mix I have right now. 

I do weights, yoga and I run. 

If I had to pick, running is my favorite but weights are slowly growing on me too.

I like running, swimming, more Cardio. I have to be moving.

I love running and weight training, biking, surfing, skiing... I suppose I'm into the faster paced stuff.  I do enjoy yoga, though it's been awhile since I've been able to do it.
