What's on your plan for exercise today?
Not sure if I'm running outside or at the gym this morning...we'll see!
I am almost done with the first 3 weeks of the 12 week program!
Im really sore from my two days w/ the trainer, esp after my lower body workout. So today I am pretty much taking it easy. Doing some walking on the treadmill. Squats are killing me!!
I have body pump to do later. Not feeling so hot so I slept in this morning.
I did an hour of cardio/weights.
