              Try Meatless Mondays

Go vegetarian one day a week. For an easy substitution in a stir fry, use 1/2 cup cubed tofu (marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and peanut oil) instead of chicken. Cook as usual with your veggies for a satisfying dinner.

I go some days without eating meat...not a fan of tofu though:)

Yeah, I won't eat tofu. But we do cook some meatless meals sometimes.

No tofu for us but We do go meatless atleast once a week.

I tried to feed my family tofu like this one time and if they hadn't seen me prepare it, I think they would have liked it.  As it was, they were all - eew, gross.
