               Pre-Lunch Piece of Fruit

Not eating enough fruit? Try having a piece before your lunch instead of afterwards. You are less likely to skip it and more likely to get full from your meal.

I do end up skipping it if I don't have it first. I can't tell you how many times I come home with an apple or orange in my lunch bag.

Very funny.  My DD will always eat her fruit/veggie first.
