Well, I had a rough week last week...wasn't feel well for the first half but did well for last half...with my running:)  This week, my goal is to run 20 miles.  I can do this!

Got sick Thursday.  Getting myself fully recovered (currently on the mend.)   I hope to go skating at the end of the week.  Do a couple of self directed resistance workout.  Then finally meet with the trainer on the 30th which is already on my calender.

I am on weight watchers so my first goal is to stay on points. I also want to:

earn 14 activity points
drink 64oz water daily
stay under 2000mg sodium

I had a great week. 23 miles total and stuck with my body pump. I want 25 miles this week, stick with body pump and watch my food. I can do better with that!

to try to stay on track and hopefully get my weight moving in the right direction.  AND hopefully figure out what's going on with my body (probably has to do with my not so super diet) so I can hopefully clear up my skin.
