I hate my arms. When I hold out my arms, they sag so bad. It's just my upper arms though. I hate how they giggle.
Does anyone know any really good work outs or even videos on Youtube or anywhere else that can help me tone up my upper arms? And mainly the flabby wings I'm starting to get?

If you follow that link, then click on upper body, you'll get a bunch of upper body exercises.

When I was swimming a couple of times a week my arms were amazing. I was doing laps like twice a week for maybe 30 minutes or so, so not even that much (I was running and biking as well, but nothing else arm related). Swimming is a good option if you can get access to a pool, it is a great exercise for your whole body, and you get great arms. :)
