Strength training and conditioning tonight! My fiance owns a personal training studio so I take his Semi-private classes Mondays and Wednesdays - gives me my social time as well :-)

10.1 mile run done!

I did pump extreme (59 minutes), a 3 mile walk/run through town with the kids and then 2 miles at the track. I'm one tired mama!!!

Toning cardio with 3lb dumbbells, a stability ball, several squat variations, as well as different types of crunches. Just did what felt good for 30minutes, nonstop movement.
