Thanks! My legs are trashed from my runs on Saturday and Sunday.

My legs have crashed for sure!  Not sure if I'm going to run tomorrow or not...if I do, it will be a 2-3 mile recovery run!

A couple would be good :)

I did 8 on Saturday and 5.35 yesterday both at a 9:31 pace! Today my 3 miles with the kids was slow but the 2 at the track were under 9mm!!! Doing weights is paying off! I'm super tired today but felt good while running!!
