What's on your plate today?

I had a protein shake and some fruit for breakfast.  For morning snack, I had 2 bananas and a granola bar (that was before, during, and after my 10.1 mile run).  For lunch I just had a peanut butter sandwich, chips, and an apple.  For dinner, I'm making cajun chicken and veggies.

This morning I had a b vitamin, beet chips, and a vanilla spice latte (we were on the go as usual lately).
For lunch I made smoothies with kale, blueberries, bananas, and strawberry.
Dinner I will probably make a veggie pasta - but I think I'll just add extra veggies to mine, and skip the noodle part.
Also think I am going to make myself another Chai tea latte after dinner.

Nothing for breakfast, we woke up late.

Lunch was a leftover homemade burger and some chips.

Supper is leftovers from this weekend.

Roasty beastie...

Probably roasted beets and yams alongside, but that has not been done yet, so we're not sure yet ;D

Breakfast I had an english muffin with peanut butter.

Lunch was Tuna/tomato on an english muffin, popcorn, and a yogurt.

Dinner is pototo soup and a salad.

You need more food if you ran 10 miles mama!!!!

Blood Orange Chiobani yogurt, and some almonds for breakfast.

Grilled chicken salad for lunch.

Making lasagna for dinner.

I cooked bacon & eggs for breakfast, made stir fry for lunch, and dinner is catfish & pasta.

I had a snack this afternoon...one I didn't list there:)  I had some popcorn and trail mix!  I just had another apple after dinner too!
