Never feels my stomach hurts after. Weather it's pork or beef. I end up sick after. Anyone like this?

Only if I eat too much because it's so good!

Assuming that you only have this trouble with roast and not other forms of pork or beef...It could be a particular spice used, or kind of oil if it's browned first, something about the way it's cooked?   That's all I can think of.

Agreed.  Do you have the same problem with steaks or chops?

I also get ill after eating roasts not sure why. I stopped using the onion soup mix but it wasn't that. Possibly the greasiness? Idk

Maybe the grease?  I agree with Jen here...not sure otherwise though.

Do you use different spices than you would otherwise use on a meat product? If so try using those same spices on lets say a pork chop or hamburger, see if you have the same reaction.

Yeah, I've noticed my tummy is usually a little achy after eating roast.  I think it's a combination of all the fat and sodium.  I sometimes experience the same feeling with rotisserie chicken or fried chicken.

Hmmm, not sure. I haven't had that problem. We don't eat roast often though. Dh does not like it.

Everytime I make a roast I will make it different. Different spices to see if its what it is. And it's the same thing everytime. Sick to my stomach.
