What is everyone eating today?

For breakfast I have had coffee so far. I have a banana for when I get hungry.

Lunch today I brought a salad and some soup.

Dinner I think I am making eggs and bacon.

For snacks I have an apple and a yogurt.

I had a boiled egg, one organic chicken sausage link and canteloupe for breakfast. We are going to the  park and having a pic nic. Not sure what we will bring for lunch but I do know that we are taking plenty of bread for the squirrels and ducks.

For dinner, we are having pan seared salmon, kale salad, asparagus and carrots roasted with honey and thyme.

Not so great so far today. I have PMS so it's making want to snack around.
I had about 1/3c oats with almond milk, nuts, raw sugar, and pumpkin seeds.
Carrot/beet chips with homemade guacamole
Two Graham crackers.
I'm going to have coffee with vanilla soy milk, and cinnamon in a bit.
Dinner I have left over veggies with marinara.

Breakfast:  Coffee with milk

Lunch:  Spring Mix with mushrooms and balsamic vinaigrette

Snack:  Strawberries; maybe some natural peanut butter

Dinner:  TBD.  But I'm thinking chicken lettuce wraps.

For all that exercise you did, that's all you ate?  I would starve!  LOL!

Like all day?

Gosh...

Breakfast: piece of multi seed toast w/ tofu eggs
Morning snack: banana
Lunch: almond butter on crackers, a couple veggie chips
snack: banana donut
snack: raisins, choc. chips, sunflower seeds and peanuts
Dinner: fava bean burger w/ cucumber dressing, mac-n-teese, corn
Snack: 2.5 choc. chip cookies
