Staying in shape

Hi everyone, my name is Joy and I'm 7 months. I have been trying to stay in shape but it is getting harder by the day. Any suggestions on excercise or nutrition?

water exercises, balance ball are good during pregnancy.  Good luck!

Walking, swimming, biking.  I would recommend trying anything new while you're pregnant but just low key activities would be good.  Good luck!

At 7 months, balance is sometimes tough and you definitely do not want to over exert yourself and keep it low key.  If you walk, continue walking because it's good exercise.  If you can get into a pool, that's perfect because the water helps to alleviate pressure off of your joints, which are already being pressurized because of the extra weight you are carrying.  I am also a big fan of pregnancy yoga, which is gentle and really helps you strengthen without strain.
