What are you eating today!
I had my usual for breakfast...protein shake and fruit with coffee of course:) I had a banana and apple for morning snack, and for lunch I had some soup, roast beef sandwich, and a granola bar. Afternoon snack was some chips (one serving of my favorite kettle chips), and I'm making sausage calzones for dinner.
Lunch: Spring mix with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner: TBD (I hope like hell it's a giant cheeseburger & fries)
Snack: Protein bar
Breakfast- 2 eggs and an english muffin
Dinner- No idea yet.
