            Cut the High-Sodium Lunchmeat

Look for lower-sodium lunchmeat at deli counters and in the prepackaged section of the market. Roast beef is usually lower-sodium than other deli meats.

Using thin sliced roasted chicken breast(made from home) is even better. I make lemon pepper chicken that's amazing as a sandwich.

I try to avoid lunch meat mostly. But I do eat it sometimes.

We get ours from the deli, and have it sliced for us.

I always bought the prepackaged ones (the Hormel ones) but the deli is even better.
