Combine some low-fat milk or yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen berries, and a banana for a supereasy blended breakfast—and 2 whole fruit servings!

We drink a lot of smoothies. I don't use dairy though. I juice oranges for the base and blend it with frozen berries and add a little raw honey.

I think I'll make a green smoothie for the kids today. Kale, spinach, bananas, berries, and almond milk.

I usually do a banana, tsp-tbl spoon of pb, with almond milk and some carnation instant breakfast.
