Hi, my name is Shannon. I'm a 30 year old mother of 1, ds age 6.5 yrs. On Jan 5 I decided that I wanted to "reinvent" myself. I began a yoga/heath regiment to lose a small amount of weight (<10 lbs) and also get (& remain) fit. I love doing yoga but I also recently added a circuit training exercise routine to my fitness "program" as well. My goal wasn't really to lose weight, but to get physically fit and stay that way.Looking forward to getting to know everyone in the group.
