What are you eating today?
Breakfast - chocolate shakeology with banana and chocolate almond milk :-)
Lunch - I'll probably be making a salad
dinner - Orange chicken with veggies :-) and making a very healthy chocolate cake (paleo style) for dessert!
I'm about to work out so I just had some fresh juice. I'll eat after I work out.
We are having home made pizza and salad for lunch.
Dinner is veggie night.
Breakfast: toast w/ buttery spread and veggie sausage pattysnack: banana and sunflower seedsLunch: dirty red beans and ricesnack: 2 sugar cookies
That's all I've had today but the rest of the day should look similar to this:
snack: pink lady appledinner: pizzasnack: no idea, lol
