Do you use Humidifiers to help soothe dry noses or chapped lips?

I do for my son.  Chapped lips get lip balm.  =)

Our room gets too moldy if we use the humidifier.

No. Our pediatrician told me years ago that placing a glass of water in the room was sufficient.

I have one but only use it once in awhile. I'm nervous about mold.

I like a hot mist vaporizer when I am sick.  I don't like cool ones.  Thankfully our furnace has one attached.

I used to when my son was smaller.

I have a cool humidifier I use for DS sometimes when he is sick. Other than that...no.

Me too. I actually had no idea there was such a thing as a cool one until I bought the wrong one. LOL.

I have never heard of this. I think I will give it a try. Thanks :)
