What is everyone doing today?
I just finished a 4.12 mile run.
Insanity later tonight.
I think I am going to walk 2 miles, and leave it at that. I did two days of JM workouts and walking and I am sore, I figure I should give my body a day to rest.
If I decide against it, then it will be 6 weeks to 6pack and then walking 2 miles.
I walked 2 miles at lunch too. The sun felt soooo good!

Great job ladies...SO proud of each of you!
I just did a 15 minute core workout. Something's better than nothing!
