A recent analysis by the USDA found that today’s eggs, on average, have 14% less cholesterol and 64% more vitamin D—a nutrient everyone needs more of in winter.

I really believe eggs are healthy. I guess they aren't if you are eating  a dozen a day. Everything in moderation!

I eat 2 eggs a day. I used to eat 5 but that started getting expensive lol!

I do love eggs...... they have every nutrient needed for life except 1 (vitamin C)
