What are you eating today?
Planning out my meals each day is a good way for me to not even think about it later...easier for sure!
Breakfast - eggs with veggies & turkey sausage
Snack - banana & protein shake after workout
Lunch - might have some soup and veggies and some fruit
Snack - smoothie with greek yogurt, fruit, and OJ
Dinner - Chicken/Chorizo burritos w/ beans & brown rice
I'll probably have an egg on a wrap this morning, salad for lunch...and I should probably figure out dinner!
