When you sit down to eat, just eat. The experience is so much more vivid, so much better. Enjoy the bite you’re eating, focus on it, and finish it before you take the next. You enjoy it so much more, and you have much greater control of portion sizes.

We have a no phones, no tv, no toys rule during dinner.

When it's just me, I usually read.  I have to feed the kids first or my food is cold before I get to eat.

We just eat. We don't do other things, especially at dinner time. I have to say that I do tend to read during lunch at work.
