I was planning on a run...but took a nap instead:)  It was worth it!

5.25 for me this morning. My ankle is really bothering me. I may rest tomorrow. I have abs and flow to do later

Shoveling the our walk and part of the driveway which was cover in 16 inches of snow.  It felt like 60 lbs of snow.

I might take tonight off, or do some yoga. I got some chores to get done so we'll see.
